The finest coffees since 1929

Angelucci - meaning 'Little Angel'

Alfredo Angelucci graduated as a Commercial Artist in the 1920's, before entering into the coffee business in 1929. The Angelucci Logo was a personal achievement of his, which he designed in the early 1930's. It was inspired by and represents his three young children 'little angels' at the time. He had five children in all with his wife Esterina: Domenico, Alma and Frances (who were triplets) and Omero, who have all worked in the business.

Omero (known by many as Andy), entered the coffee business at the young age of 16, when his father came to an untimely death at the age of just 49. He then helped manage the business, with his mother Esterina at the helm. Fifty seven years on and at the age of 73, Omero still runs Angelucci's, together with his sister Alma, son John James (known by all as Jimmy) and daughter Georgina.
